SCIMED LABORATORIES INC. COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Edmonton AB, SciMed Laboratories Inc, a private Edmonton based diagnostic company is pleased to announce it has closed a private investment deal with Alberta based angle investors; for the further development and commercialization of the company’s two lead products VitaKit ATM and VitaKit DTM. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Dr. Rajan Gupta, founder of SciMed Labs states "this deal further validates the confidence our Alberta based investors have in our technologies; as we move forward with the certification and commercialization of the kits for diverse global markets". Dr Gupta went on to say how pleased SciMed is with the two parties contributions to the further diversification of the Alberta economy in that "it is great to be able to develop these products by using 100% Alberta based resources"
