SCIMED LABORATORIES INC. RECEIVED TRADEMARKS FOR VITAKITS AND NUTRICHIP
Edmonton, AB, March 29, 2006 - SciMed has been issued the trademarks for its lead and pipeline products by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO/OPIC). SciMed’s trademarks are for VitaKit A, VitaKit D and NutriChip. Trade-mark registrations are the evidence of exclusive ownership across Canada. These registered trade-marks are protected through federal legislation and valid for 15 years and is renewable every 15 years.
